Roshal Flex 90/10 is a mixed solvent used as standard solvent for alcohol-soluble inks, flexographic and intaglio printing, and serves to control the viscosity and degree of drying of printing ink, for removing dried ink from printing machines, floors and other work areas surfaces.Viscosity adjustments should only be made after careful mixing paint at room temperature.
Viscosity is adjusted by slowly adding solvents in small quantities. Can be used for flexographicprinting on non-absorbent substrates (polyethylene, etc.). In addition to the main components in the process preparation of the solvent, substances are introduced into it in small concentrations, allowing to reduce water content, improve technological characteristics, minimize chemical reactions with ink and printing matrix.
