(Confidentiality Agreement on the use of personal data)
The Privacy policy of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Company "LiK" can receive about the User during the use of the site http://www.kraski-laki.ru and during the execution of the Company "Face" of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User's consent to the Policy, expressed by him within the framework of a relationship with one of the listed persons, applies to all other listed persons.

1. Personal information of Users processed by the Company "LiK"

2. Purposes of processing Users' personal information

2.2.2. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Company "Face", the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the User.
2.2.3. Improving the quality of the company "LiK", the convenience of their use, the development of new Services;

2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
3. Conditions for processing Users' personal information and its transfer to third parties
3.1. The company "LiK" stores Users' personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of the Company "LiK".3.2. When processing personal data, the Company "LiK" is not limited in the use of methods of processing them.
3.3. With respect to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons, for example, indications in reviews of the Service and in public comments on individual pages of the site. 3.5. When processing personal data of Users, the Company "LiK" is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".
4. Modification and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage
4.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or part of it by using the personal data editing function or by contacting the Support Service for help.
4.2. The User can also delete the personal information provided by him within a certain account by using the "Delete Account" function. By deleting the account, the User automatically withdraws his consent to data processing. The User can also withdraw his consent by means of a written notification to the Company "LiK" at least 1 (one) month before the withdrawal of consent, and the procedure for early termination of the Contract with the Company will be initiated.
4.3. The rights provided for in clauses 4.1. and 4.2. of this Policy may be restricted in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. In particular, such restrictions may provide for the obligation of the Company "LiK" to save the information changed or deleted by the User for a period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the legally established procedure to a state body.
5. Processing of personal information using Cookies and counters<5.1. Cookies transmitted by the Company "LiK" to the User's equipment and the equipment of the User Company "LiK" can be used by the Company "LiK" to provide personalized services to the User, to target advertising that is shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the Company "LiK".

The technical parameters of the counters are determined by the Company "LiK" and may change without prior notice to the User.
6. Measures applied to protect the User's personal information 6.1. The company "LiK" takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties.
7. Changing the Privacy Policy. Applicable law
7.1. The company "LiK" has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.7.2.
